WordCamp Egypt || Depiak foundation

WordCamp is a Multi-National event that focus on wordpress .
It is a conference type of event that focuses squarely on everything WordPress.
Everyone from casual end users all the way up to core developers show up
to these events. These events are usually highlighted by speeches or keynotes by various people.

First WordCamp in Egypt will be help by Depiak (CAT Authorized Foundation) .

What is Depaik ?
Depiak is CAT authorized foundation that concern evey thing related to
web like web design , web development , …etc . It’s managed by a great
team of developers and designers .

Dear our members,

As you have noticed, for so long we have been keeping silence and announcing almost nothing of our activities. But today you will be amazed of what have been keeping us busy till this message being sent.

Do you have passion to join the first WordCamp in Egypt, one of the most famous IT gatherings in the whole world? depiak has contacted Automattic, the company behind WordPress and WordCamp Organizers, and we have been discussing if we can have our own Egyptian WordCamp, all organized by depiak.

What is WordCamp?
WordCamp is a conference type of event that focuses squarely on everything WordPress. Everyone from casual end users all the way up to core developers show up to these events. These events are usually highlighted by speeches or keynotes by various people.

Kindly, Maya Desai who is responsible for organizing such events, sent us their schwag, in the photo below, – these kind of stuff doesn’t appear in WordPress Shop

We are planning to have it within 2-3 weeks from now, might be in Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, but we are still not sure, we are looking for a bigger hall . We are also still looking for sponsors, so if you know a company that needs to sponsor a Multi-National event, please let us know to contact them with our sponsorship deals – which are not too expensive btw -.

If you are a developer, designer or even a company who is looking for any of those, I can assure you that this event is for you. Also if you want to collaborate with a session in the same event, please let us know, sessions should be exclusively WordPress and till now we have almost 4 sessions, the schedule will be announced soon, so you should hurry up.

If you are a designer, and want to collaborate in the marketing campaign for a Multi-National event, this is your chance, it will be great putting something like this in your CV!

حدث عالمى , و هو عبارة عن مؤتمر يدور حول كل شئ فى wordpress نظام التدوين الشهير .
يجمتع فى هذا المؤتمر العديد من الناس مثل مطوروا المواقع و مصممى المواقع و أصحاب المدونات
و المواقع و كل من يعشق نظام وورد بريس .

ما هو depiak ؟
عبارة عن فريق تابع لأسرة CAT او Computer Assistant Team المشهورة بكلية الهندسة جامعة المنصورة
و هذا الفريق مهتم بكل شئ متعلق بالويب مثل برمجة وتطوير مواقع الأنترنت , تصميم المواقع و أيضا إدارة المواقع
و غيره مما يتعلق بعالم الويب و المواقع .

سوف يقوم فريق depiak بتنظيم هذا الحدث العالمى ولأول مرة بمصر ,
بإذن الله خلاص أسبوعين او ثلاثة .
